Quality, independent Book Fairs

At Hunt’s, we are passionate about motivating young people in our community to read. Encouraging young people to choose their own books can spark a life-long love of reading, which can be transformative for both their academic and personal growth.

This is why we created Hunt’s School Book Fairs. Our Book Fairs bring carefully curated trolleys full of diverse, inspiring and engaging reads to schools, giving young people the agency and joy of selecting their next favourite book.

What is a Book Fair?

Our Book Fairs are pop-up bookshops delivered directly to schools.

We supply age-banded book trolleys stocked full of new releases and classic titles, spanning a wide range of publishers, including special indie editions and exclusive signed copies.

We also provide a bespoke adult book trolley for parents, carers and staff to pick their own reads!

How does it work?

Our Book Fairs run in weekly slots, giving all pupils the chance to browse our selection thoroughly.

Up to seven book trolleys are delivered 1-2 days before the start of the Book Fair, and are then collected 1-2 days after the book fair finishes. Cash or card payments are taken by the school, with a float and card machine provided by us.

To support school libraries and resources, 10% of the proceeds from the Book Fair are given back to the school as free credit to purchase any books they would like, all at trade cost.

If we’re unable to deliver trolleys to your area, we can provide Book Fair boxes stocked with our curated selection of books! So, you can still have a Hunt’s School Book Fair, no matter how far away you are.
